* 1 pork tenderloin, about 1 lb., cut into 1/2-in. cubes
* 1 c. Italian dressing
1. Marinade pork in salad dressing for 30 min. Thread pork on skewers* and discard marinade. Grill for 10-12 min., turning occasionally, until done.
* If using bamboo skewers, soak in water for at least 30 min. to prevent burning.
